Indications: Hypertrophic & keloidal scars, movement-restricting & cosmetically disfiguring scars from operations, amputations, burns & accidents; contractures eg Dupuytren's contracture & traumatic tendon contracture, cicatricial strictures.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to parabens.
Adverse Drug Reactions: Rarely, local skin reactions.
Dosage: Massage 3-4 times daily. Overnight dressings up to several wk for hard, old scar.
