Contents: Dapoxetine HCl
Indications: Treatment of premature ejaculation (PE) in men 18-64 yr.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity. Significant pathological cardiac conditions eg heart failure (NYHA class II-IV), conduction abnormalities (2nd- or 3rd-degree AV block or sinus syndrome) not treated w/ a permanent pacemaker, ischemic heart or valvular disease. Concomitant treatment w/ MAOIs, thioridazine, SSRIs, SNRIs, TCAs, other medicinal/herbal products w/ serotonergic effects, potent CYP3A4 inhibitors. Moderate & severe hepatic impairment. Childn & adolescent <18 yr.
Dosage: Adult 18-64 yr 30 mg 1-3 hr prior to sexual activity. Max: 60 mg once daily.
Administration: May be taken with or without food: Swallow whole w/ a full glass of water.
